As a Level 4 certified specialist fitness professional in Low back pain i can put together a programme tailored to your specific needs and requirements. Learn how exercises can help strengthen and correct postural deficiencies. Using specific training approaches to support you. Clients are often able to halt and reverse pain associated with low back pain to assist them in their quality of life.

Training with Obesity

Training approaches need to be significantly adapted to support clients who are overweight or obese. As a Level 4 qualified specialist fitness instructor trained in obesity I am confident in how to put together training plans that support you as we use exercise and diet as a tool to tackle obesity halting and in many cases reversing the many negative health conditions caused by it.

Exercise for Diabetes

As a Level 4 qualified specialist fitness instructor in Diabetes i understand how training methods and plans need to be adapted to ensure regulation of insulin and have a clear understanding of how to create a safe space and training programme thar supports these needs. We now know that diet and exercise are fundamental when it comes to managing Type 2 diabetes and i am trained to give my clients confidence when exercising with this condition.
